Issues when PC has been re-imaged

When I attempt to push out the agent & then do an EES installation on a PC that has been re-imaged it isnt working correctly.

Thru web console I remove & deactivate the old PC & license. I then re-image the PC. When Im ready to reload the agent it is successful in the SHOW DETAILS section but doesnt show the agent as installed when I look at my entire list of PC's in my work place. And the Endpoint security wont load when attempting to load from CLIENT TASKS -> EES Installation.

Is there something Im missing?
