I accidentally clicked my phantom account when logging in.  I have logged into my eset and set my device as not lost but when I reboot the phantom account keeps automatically loading so I cannot log into my profile and access my account and files etc..  How do I resolve this?


UPDATE - I have tried over and over again to flag my computer as not missing and it changes status for a short period before showing the caution message again.  I removed the antitheft module and rebooted and my original profile appeared.  I cannot open MS apps now though or access any of my files.  Is there anyone at ESET that can help with this please?
