What version of the cleaner module do you have? It has worked for everybody so far and I was unable to reproduce the issue any more either. Does the cleaner report about 100 issues on your machine?

You are using the Cleaner module 1204. The issue was addressed in v1205. You can switch to the pre-release update channel to get it instantly or wait a few more days to get it automatically.

I got the update of Cleaner Module to 1205 and the case of System Cleaner has fixed, however in another my computer Asus  laptop not yet receive the update and the case still there, my question why in the same region the Cleaner Module not same receive it?

Cleaner 1205 has not been released yet fully. If you want to get it instantly, you can switch to the pre-release update channel.
