I have followed the KB to the letter but when I use the console to attempt to join I get the error failed to join domain failed to lookup DC info for domain :MYDOMWAIN over rpc the transport-connection attempt was refused by the remote system Any ideas what's causing this and how do I overcome it? SimonSchuck 0 Posted November 23, 2019 Author Share Posted November 23, 2019 Ok so I have managed to get the server joined to the domain. I think there may have been a typo in the configuration. Next problem is I am unable to connect with the web console as the eraservice keeps failing (a common problem it seems). Will raise another question.
