All private addresses being used are currently in the 'Private addresses' and the 'Trusted zone' locations. Running out of ideas on what to try next. Administrators Marcos 5,407 Posted October 17 Administrators Share Posted October 17 Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments). Administrators Marcos 5,407 Posted October 18 Administrators Share Posted October 18 If the client is connecting to the ESET PROTECT server, both advanced logging and diagnostic logging verbosity can be turned on / off via a policy: Diagnostic logging should not be enabled for a long time as it may generate huge logs and have adverse effect on system performance.
