Ok so I have managed to get the server joined to the domain. I think there may have been a typo in the configuration. Next problem is I am unable to connect with the web console as the eraservice keeps failing (a common problem it seems). Will raise another question.

Hi, Im trying to join my ESET appliance to my domain to import and manage my PC's. I have followed the KB to the letter but when I use the console to attempt to join I get the error failed to join domain failed to lookup DC info for domain :MYDOMWAIN over rpc the transport-connection attempt was refused by the remote system Any ideas what's causing this and how do I overcome it? Thanks
