My ESETIS upgraded to v13 last night. It immediately prevented network access. There was no report or warning. Nothing I did could correct this. Even turning the firewall off did not help.

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times now. Once uninstalled I can access the network/internet again. Part way thru the installation process each time I lose network access again and it complains that it cannot reach the update servers. I have tried learning mode, interactive mode, turning off various components but the only thing that returns network access is uninstalling.

Can I get v 12 back please?

You can download the previous version of ESET Internet Security (version from:

64-bit:  https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/home/eis/windows/v12/latest/eis_nt64.exe
32-bit:  https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/home/eis/windows/v12/latest/eis_nt32.exe

This should allow you to get up and running with your protection immediately, but please contact support directly via this form so that they can help you investigate why version 13 was not working on your computer.  As this is a new release, the engineers are very interested in troubleshooting issues like the one you reported.
