Migrate mail filtering training/learning between installations

We have an old Mail Security installation working well (v7.0.10025.0). We've built a new Exchange server, and have installed 7.1.10009.0. Much more spam is getting past Eset on the new server, and we are presuming that the spam training on the old installation is what is missing from the new box. Is there a way to migrate the training/learning from one Mail Security installation to another?

I'm not aware of any learning mechanism being implemented in mail server products. Mails are checked for spam primarily by doing a DNS lookup so I assume there could be a problem with that.

I'd suggest collecting logs with ESET Log Collector and providing an unrecognized spam in the eml or msg format to your local customer care for a check.
