Junior Henriques 1 Posted August 15, 2019 Share Posted August 15, 2019 we have a case where: we had ERA v6, but the server just died and the server was formatted. we uploaded a new server with the ESMC v7 console and now we need to deploy the agents. But all stations already have the agent trying to communicate with the console that no longer exists. I would like to know the best way to redeploy agents so we can communicate with the new console. ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted August 15, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted August 15, 2019 It should be possible to re-deploy using any supported method, i.e. as if it would be clean installation. Just be aware that if there as also ESET security product installed, it might block attempts to deploy agents remotely.
