Hi, I'm looking for a parental control app for my children android phone.

 

I have questions about this product to be sure it fit my needs:

1 the device has 4g disabled and data only with wifi at home, is the product working well with no permanent data plan ?

2 is it possible to set some applications allowed to run even if the usage time limit is exceeded ? (parents emergency calls, clock, calculator,...)
