I need help with the firewall

I use the cyber security pro for Mac. The problem is it has blocked my time capsule for time machine to work. Can you please help

Do you have some custom rules created? If not, could you try switching to interactive mode for a while and create an allowing rule when asked about the network communication?

I've tried both of those things but I'm still having trouble.
