my system is not taking activation key

I'd suggest contacting the seller or your local customer care with a proof of purchase if you purchased a boxed version of ESET.

Activation of a boxed version is accomplished via https://www.eset.com/int/support/activate/ after which you should receive a license email with the license key for activating the product.
