How to upgrade EEA 6 to 7

Hello,
I use 'Remote Administrator 6.5' plus it does not recognize 'Eset Endpoint 6' on workstations.
For this reason I need to upgrade 'Eset Endpoint Antivirus 6' to 'Eset Endpoint Antivirus 7'

Could someone help me?

ERA 6.5 fully supports Endpoint v6. I'd suggest checking C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log for possible errors.

As for upgrade from ERA v6 to ESMC, please refer to https://help.eset.com/esmc_install/70/en-US/components_upgrade.html for instructions.

It shows all the IPs and the name of the Computers in the Menu -> Computers.
More does not return any information and the status remains 'neutral'.

Almost all Computers are with EEA 6.
Do I need to reinstall agents?
