Junior 0 Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 (edited) Hello,I use 'Remote Administrator 6.5' plus it does not recognize 'Eset Endpoint 6' on workstations.For this reason I need to upgrade 'Eset Endpoint Antivirus 6' to 'Eset Endpoint Antivirus 7'Could someone help me? I'd suggest checking C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors. Junior 0 Posted May 7, 2019 Author Share Posted May 7, 2019 (edited) It shows all the IPs and the name of the Computers in the Menu -> Computers.More does not return any information and the status remains 'neutral'.
