Password Dilemma

Have spent a couple hours trying to straighten out my passwords. I can get into 'eset.com' fine, but can not get into 'my.eset.com.' I have changed my 'eset.com' password over and over. Have also done the same to my mobile phone password. I've also tried to change the 'my.eset.com' password again and again. What is it with all these passwords? Does anyone know what the problem is? What password and or email (use the same one for all) am I supposed to use to get into 'my.eset.com' on my mobile phone?

Unfortunately it is not clear what you mean by a password for "eset.com". You don't log in to eset.com, only to the my.eset.com portal. Did you actually register to my.eset.com? There is no my.eset.com account registered to your m........m@yahoo.com email address.
