Eset block my Sony Xperia

Hello guys,

 

Today i try use a new SIM Card in my cellphone, but i forget i have Eset Mobile turn on.

So, in this moment i have my Sony Xperia block because i dont know my password to unblock.

 

I try send SMS from the Truest Friend to my number (reset password) and nothing happen.

 

Anybody can help me?

Have you tried all three methods in our Knowledgebase article? You should be able to request a new password even without a trusted friend set.
