RobinKaty 0 Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 Is there a way to do this without turning off real time protection completely? I tried opening a ticket with support and keep getting told how to do it on Windows. How many times can you tell them you are on a mac before they stop responding... about 3 apparently.
ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,232 Posted September 18, 2018 ESET Moderators Posted September 18, 2018 Hello @RobinKaty, to whitelist the ports you need to adjust the settings of the firewall, which has nothing to do with the Real-time filesystem protection. You may follow this KB article to achieve it: https://support.eset.com/kb3275/ Regards, P.R.
