How are you sending encrypted email?

I have the Deslock server component set up and have a few clients in the console.  They have the Outlook plugin and can easily send encrypted emails.  When the receiver gets the email on the other end they can decrypt it using the link provided and a password.  The users don't want to enter a password every time and have to call them to give them the password.  Is there a way to generate a public key and use that instead of having to password every email that goes out?
