I contacted the customer care and they gave me 2 links:https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/79172https://support.eset.com/kb6512/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US I have followed the guideline on these link as well as updated my mac os 10.13 to the newest version, but there is still this error This error is in some of my PCs (7/10) although they are the same, and I do not know exactly why. Please give them a link to this topic as a reference. There have been similar issues reported to us and the latest installer allegedly resolved it. I've downloaded and installed EES version 6.6.866.0 , but it still get bug and is disable even more function than before. (Please see my attachment). Could you please help me with other solutions?
