jbrunk 0 Posted August 6, 2018 Share Posted August 6, 2018 Hi All, We are running ESET Endpoint Security 2.5.15.0 on Anroid phones (version 8) and are having something weird happen. I've deployed 77 phones (all identical) and have 6 that have reported SIM card locks because of incorrect SIM card. Of those, 1 person admitted to putting another SIM card in and the rest deny doing so. Has anyone run in to this type of issue before? Is there anywhere in the MDM database where it would keep the information on the "bad" SIM card? We are pulling our hair out trying to figure out if this is a real issue or if people just aren't being truthful. Thanks for any help.
