mkove 0 Posted July 25, 2018 Share Posted July 25, 2018 I've followed the instructions to get https:// www.edgepoint.com unblocked from eset anti-phishing, and submitted the form 3 times, and even e-mailed samples@ eset.com, but did not get a response back. All offending files were removed on 6-20-2018. In addition, the site is actively monitored for malware, virus, etc daily. and the site is currently behind a Firewall using this service https://sucuri.net/website-firewall/ All online checks by Sucuri, my website host provider, and any online blacklist checker show the site as clean. I see you mention this tool (https://www.virustotal.com) but this is extremely out of date, and any files or folders referenced no longer exist. One is dated 2015, and references a WordPress directory. The site is not even on Wordpress, it is on drupal, and the directory doesn't exist. I'm responsible for this site, and I can't explain why the site is still blacklisted by ESET anti-phishing software. Can you help me resolve this issue, as maybe I'm missing something, and I can resolve it quickly. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thanks. In my original post, I tried to explain that I've followed those instructions multiple times and reached out on this board because of no response to form submissions and follow up emails.
