Installation Error MSI.1923

Hello dear sir/madam,

When I try to install ESET Internet Security I get the Error MSI.1923

It says possible malware is blocking the installation. I ran the specialist cleaning program. And that program couldn't find anything. 

This is a brand new laptop (1 hour old). of course, I uninstalled the pre installed anti-virus. 

Since I had no problems on all my other devices I just purchased a new license for this laptop, this is the first time this has happened since all my time with ESET.

I could not find a lot of information about this error on the internet, could anyone help me with this?
