This isn't directly related to certificates, and changing the TLS handshake to advertise HTTP/2 support is one of the easiest things to implement. This is not something that can be accomplished in a week or even in 2-3 months. I'd say it takes almost a year to do the implementation and subsequent testing properly. I wrote about http2 support more then a year that EIS doesn't support it. Why other antivirus products made it support? As Marcos said it not easy do it for 1 or 2 month, developers needed more time to do that, test and realizing new version of product with full support.
