My subscription was expired. I purchased a new subscription for 3 devices for 1 year. I have successfully add new subscription to my ESET Account. Unfortunately not able to add any Devices to that subscription. It says "ACT.0" error. Help me. Please send me the email address of the technical team. My email address is

Please provide the public license ID of the subscription that you want to add in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

Now a new error code is shown, "ACT.33". No device is connected yet.

Are you in Bangladesh that you have set as your country in your forum profile?

I am from Bangladesh. Currently visiting US. I will move back a few months later. Is it a problem? Isn't it working over the internet?
