Administrators Marcos 5,458 Posted March 20, 2018 Administrators Posted March 20, 2018 Info.nqi is a file intended for internal purposes. It doesn't contain any quarantined file. Quarantined files are pairs of NDF and NQF files where NQF contains the original file in an encrypted form. You will need to install ESET, put the appropriate NQF and NDF file to user's quarantine folder C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\ESET\ESET Security\Quarantine and then restore it via gui.
