You can report a possible false positive to ESET as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb141/.

I downloaded this using Eset IS 11.0.159.9 and received no alerts from Eset. Extracted the file w/o issue. Submitted calc.exe to VirusTotal and Hybrid-Analysis and its 100% clean. I did not attempt to run the file.

At this point, I would say something else is going on unrelated to a direct download from your web site. Perhaps some redirect/hijacking activity or the like.
