Virus signature database is not updating on Linux

Hi,

we have two Linux machines (Ubuntu 17.10 and 18.04) running ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition 4.0.85.0. Both of them are connecting to our ERA fine, it was installed remotely by the agent, etc..., but for some reason, they cannot update their virus signature database. One of them is stuck on 16037 (20170906), the other one is on 15366 (20170505). I've tried running the module update task, and it ran fine.

Do you have any idea what can cause this? It doesn't matter what network they are on.
