ESET Banking & Paymant Protection doesn't make use of the "InPrivate" window of Internet Explorer and the "Incognito" window of Google Chrome. Why not?

Not sure what you mean because we fully support Chrome. In one of the recent BPP module updates we even added support for Chrome 63 beta and Chrome 64 dev.
