Web and Email Non functional

Hi There,

We are facing issue with the endpoint security. We are seeing Web control, Web access protection , anti-phishing protection non functional, message on client pcs.

We have install Endpoint protection remotely using ERA web console. Most of PC after installation do not have issue but some pcs are reporting this issue.

When trying to enable web control feature, we are getting disabled permanent option.

First of all, check if application protocol filtering is enabled in the advanced setup -> Web and email.

Please continue as follows:

- in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics enable advanced firewall logging
- restart the computer
- disable logging
- collect logs with ELC, upload the generated archive to a safe location, such as Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and pm me a download link.

As Perter Randziak said in topic i was created before: "I got a hit directly from the Dev team, that the latest ESET Endpoint Security 6.6.2052.0 might help in such cases as multiple causes of  firewall startup issues has been fixed there"... But until today my customers sometime encounters the same error!! And i don't know why@@!
