Banking module not responding

I am unable to initialize the Banking/Payment module.

Nothing happens when I click on "Banking and Payment Protection" in "Tools", same results at "Home" panel, and also with B&P icon on screen.

I have enabled/disabled the B&P module 

ESET version 11.0.144.0 (trial version)

Chrome version 63.0.3239.18 (Default browser)

IE version 11.0.96000.18816

Windows 7 64 bit.

Try to set IE11 as your default browser in Windows. Then see if BBP will startup using IE11:
