shadow_14 0
is there a way to uninstall eset product besides using the eset uninstaller.exe?
Arakasi 549
Although the uninstaller checks a wide range of uninstaller issues and broken keys etc. Add Remove programs in Control panel is suppose to work just fine.
SweX 871
What is the "problem", do you see an error message or something like that ? Edited October 30, 2013 by SweX
Arakasi 549
Sometimes there are hiccups in the uninstalling. ESET would not be the first, theres always chance something could go wrong even from hardware issues. Some programs compensate. You could try installing again if possible then run through the uninstall again. Could try creating a new profile and install/uninstall from the new one. Its difficult to pinpoint these issues sometimes without logs or error messages. Let us know more details if possible.
