And this files, are identified like vírus, but don't are

is there any way of nod32 not scan files downloaded from this website?

Are you positive that the file is 100% harmless? Otherwise you'll risk malware infection if you exclude such an address from filtering.

What exactly are they detected like?

 

I think it would be good if you could send a couple of these files to ESET for analysis to see if they really are FP's or not.
