PrzemekHD 0 Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Hi! We have mac computers in our company, and we use the solution of the era, the problem is that a lot of people working in the era have the message Operating system is not up to date, mime that the system is up to date. What can this be?
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted June 21, 2017 ESET Staff Posted June 21, 2017 Hello @PrzemekHD Where is this alerts shown? Is it shown in the ERA webconsole, or in the Endpoint product UI itself? This information is checked every 24 hours locally by the Endpoint product. If you run the version 6.5, the ERA agent uses the knowledge of Endpoint, related to the OS updates. If you use other solution to monitor Windows Updates, you can disable monitoring of Windows updates in both ERA Agent policy, and Endpoint Security policy.
