hungtt 1 Posted June 2, 2017 Share Posted June 2, 2017 Hi all, The feature "Use direct connection if proxy is not avaiable" in ENDPOINT seems not working. When i tested : Set SETUP-->Advanced Setup--> Tools--> Proxy server with the PROXY SERVER not available ( 123.123.123.123 is example) Client can access internet ( access eset.com is ok). When i active for client, it alert my client not access internet and active fail. When i disable Proxy server --> it active ok. So what happend with feature "Use direct connection if proxy is not available" on Proxy server ? It is a big problem with my customer.When they stay at office,it's ok but when they out of office, endpoint can not update. Those are not related with the proxy setting, which is confirmed by our internal QA to be working. Can you please retest today? (please, also perform a system reboot before the retry).
