Open cmd.exe and type the command below: msiexec /i C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\Agent-1.0.373.0_x64.msi /L*v log.txt (type the path where is your installation located, name of the instalation) Errors which were occured during the installation will be in the log.txt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ESET Staff MartinK 378 Posted March 1, 2017 ESET Staff Share Posted March 1, 2017 It seems there are remnants of previous installation attempts which are causing installation failure. Could you please check whether there are any AGENT files (especially directory C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\) before installation is started (=after rollback caused by failure)? There is also possibility that user you are using to install AGENT has no access to previously mentioned directory - are you using administrator account? marceltomaskovic 0 Posted March 2, 2017 Author Share Posted March 2, 2017 Hi Martin, It crossed my mind, but in this directory is not dir "RemoteAdministrator" ( C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\..); only directory "ESET Endpoint Security".
