Firewall Rules: Allowing (.exe) with random location

Hello! I have a huge problem since a year ago with this thing... Now im implementing Office 365 and its getting worse... 

We have 300 users, and each one has the same exe, but in different location... for example:

 

c:\users\johnappleseed\AppData\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe

c:\users\holly\AppData\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe

c:\users\stevenwoz\AppData\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe

 

I need to allow those .exe's to use port 443. how can I do that?
