Photocopies/Scanner can not place PDF on PC

Have just installed NOD32.

Now when we go to the  scanner, and scan a document to pdf to go to the PC nothing arrives and the photocopier/scanner gives a tansmission error.

 

How do I fix this?

Please narrow it down to a particular protection module or setting that needs to be disabled for the issue not to occur. Do the following, one at a time, and try to reproduce the issue after each step:

- in the advanced setup disable protocol filtering

- in the advanced setup disable automatic start of real-time protection and restart the computer

- in the advanced setup disable HIPS and restart the computer

Could not find where you meant for the protocol filturing.

 

But the "disable automatic start of real-time protection and restart the computer" has alled us to scan.

 

The document is coming in via a SMB share with passowrd protection so what can I do to make a pinhole?
