Hello folks, I'm stucked with ERA alerts, two situations; first I want to get rid of the old threat alerts and second is the alert like potentially unsafe application that was already removed from desktop but still on console as critical alert. Image 2: lost and found alerts, I want to delete them, Image 3: wrong alert, unsafe app was already deleted, Image 1: How to get rid of these alerts that was already fixed.

Ok, it worked if I set firewall rule for this but if I want to use proxy for activation what I need to do? In TOOLS menu PROXY settings need to put my proxy:port address? Client will activate through this address?

I´ve created new dynamic groups based on new models but didn´t work, now I wan´t edit or delete these models and I don´t know how.

I´m really concerned about this bug too, have initiated migration and problem still on version 2222.1

Thanks, but why EES Client doesn´t recognize Windows Proxy settings? By the way I´m using Apache HTTP Proxy ERA6 server, client doesn´t connect through them also. If I create firewall rule to access https://edf.eset.com/edf on port 2222 I will fix activation problem?

Hi, thanks jimwillsher but if client uses port 2222 to online activation what ESET url I have to put in my firewall rule?

Trying to activate ESET Endpoint Security from ERA 6 but always fail, I think that is because my firewall/proxy blocks tcp 80/443 to ESET License Administrator. How I can fix that?

No, these messages are redirected to Spam folder with [sPAM] tag but they are not spam
