Hi, I´m trying to migrate from ERA VA 6.5 to ESMC 7 and process can´t be finished, after Pull database from ERA 6.5 VA the console of new ESMC 7 hangs on "Configuring ESMC appliance, please wait..." . It´s a ERA VA (CentOS). 2FA doesn´t work in this environment only Windows?

Hi, how I can retrieve used license, I´ve installed endpoint and activated them but after that computer was disconnected from network and reinstalled/replaced without deactivation, how I can tell to ESET License Administrator that this computer doesn´t exist anymore and this license can reused in another computer?

Company have proxy for all network but I don´t know if that proxy can cache large files like Endpoint Agent and Clients, it will be more easy make Apache HTTP Proxy access forward proxy and configure ERA, Clients and Agent with the same proxy configuration, besides, I can´t deploy Agent, Live Installer or Remote Installation doesn´t work only Local method and I need to demonstrate to my client with 1500 nodes that ESET Endpoint V6 will replace Symantec Endpoint without headaches.

Hi all, in my tests with v6 I´ve identified two security breaches, first with password protecting client settings user can stop protection any time without entering password and second ondemand scan sent by Remote Administrato client task can be stopped by the user. In version 5 it´s not possible.
