I think ESET should not show the files in yellow, as it is blocked by the system.

I've tried it when I'm going to try to uninstall it at the time it's uninstalling from the BLUE SCREEN there when I go back to windows I try to uninstall it again from the blue screen again. when i try to uninstall with windows safe mode i go and set it to go into safe mode when i restart the computer. it doesn't save the change i put to restart in safe mode. I did a following test I went to remove any other program I restarted the computer and when I come back the program was installed there. I checked to see if there is a program that freezes the machine. What am I going to do and format the machine and the best way to solve it. I thank you all in advance for your help.

There is no way to do this because the product does not open. Very nice that it fixed this issue after you were updated. It would be great if ESET reports on their website what has been fixed or updated with details so that users and technicians know what has been fixed.

After you went from version 15.2.11.0 to version 15.2.17.0, did these problems happen or am I wrong?

Guys, I managed to get it after deactivating ESET, I had to activate Defender, then I went to windows update and put it to update. look at the result, get it.

There are already several reports that this tool has already saved several users. Depending on the ransoware, there are cases that it can reverse and there are cases that it cannot. plus this functionality is very good that they implemented in their AV.

I really agree with you that it has various restrictions and backup and miscellaneous effects. Now why does Kaspersky have this tool even with all the problems you mentioned and ESET doesn't?

I know that a lot of people will say that you don't need it, but as I used other antivirus I could Pause Antivirus and be able to update Windows Defender, with ESET I can't. I wanted to know how and what makes me Pause ESET and be able to update Windows Defender to the new version!
