I really miss the old Eset icon a lot. well you could put icon change options, like KASPERSKY has in their product.

I had the same problem in the previous version when I installed it on a client's machine. Then I noticed that it was his machine that was very slow, a computer with low performance, what I did I restarted the computer, I waited 10 minutes and went to do the test and it returned to normal, with another client I had to restart Windows File Explorer .

Hard to know the problem, checks the problem is the extensions you have in your browser. disable all of them and check if it lowers the size to 57MB
