I now see theres this after the path folder/*.* What are these, and why are they there?

Thats exactly as i have it setup. I've put the folders, in the Paths to be ecluded from scanning. Doing manual scanning, it detected the files in those folders and deleted them. I select "no action" from the scan result. Trying again....doing manual scan. It detect them again. ESS just ignored the paths to be excluded. Don't know how to fix that. This never happened in v8.

Because eset detects the virus when done scanning. Eset say these files are virus, but i have excluded their paths, but still detects them. This was not the case in v8. Just had to exclude the paths and =not detected so not deleted.

I've set eset not to scan some folders that it say contains virus in it, by exluded path setting. But when doing manual full scan it still scans the folders and detect the virus in these folders. Bug? This was never a problem with v8. Using v9.0.318

I had this big problem with my Windows 10 Pro x64 machine. Had to reinstall windows 10 several times Before i figure it out in my case. Turned out ESET deleted Winzip 18.5 files, that was the cause of windows not remembering Icon positions, and desktop view. Then used systemrestore and it was back normal again. Weird.

When updating the Ethernet network driver in windows, what is recommended? Should i uninstall ESS Before updating the driver, or just simply temp disable ESS?

I get it at boot, when windows 10 is starting. Almost at every boot. Using win 10 pro x64 with latest updates.

Nope pre-release didn't help. Now the error is back again. What gives?

In ESS 8.0.319.0 i get Event ID 1000 application error about ToastNotify.dll at every boot. Just updated to 8.0.319.0 and this error was never present in 8.0 312. I've tried repair and installing ESS 319 again, didn't fix it.. I tried Pre-release update and the error went away. Just rebooted a couple of times but it looks like it went away. I set it back to Regular update and the error comes back in event log. I'm using ESS 8.0 319 and Windows 8.1 Pro x64 with all current updates installed. Same here, can reproduce it here too, every time.

The new GUI is not resizable by design, what are you trying to achieve? Make it bigger,smaller? To make it smaller and wider so it fits better. By design? Woh. Well, then i'll be staying on v8.

Please fix it so we can resize the GUI as usual like in previous versions. It's really annoying.

We who have a current paid licence will we get this new code specific for v9?
