Hi, I have a questions about ESET Bridge. In this page it says ESET Bridge is able to accept 10000 clients to ESET Protect Cloud, if the user also uses ESET Inspect Cloud and has 6000 users does it require 2 ESET Bridges due to calculations or just 1 ESET Bridge?

Hi, I have a log management (Rsyslog - logstash - elasticsearch - kibana) that configured to received a log event from ESET Protect (Json format)
Is it possible to set timestamp of log to local time because i see log from ESET Protect using UTC instead of local time, this can be confusing when monitoring logs on SIEM, due to time differences

Hi, I have a question about the differences between on demand scan task and scheduler scan on policy configuration

task on demand scan, there is no option to user to canceled the scan. just option to lock the shutdown

 

But on scheduler, there is an option to prevent user to canceled the scan

 

Why on task there is no option to prevent to canceled the scan? is it possible to create on demand scan task with option to prevent user to canceled the scan?

I just want to know about the interval on the ESET Protect Cloud, because at the moment the reference that I know is only on onprem, and on onprem there is an interval recommendation for each number of users managed by ESET Protect. that's all. CMIIW.

Is ESET Protect Cloud stable at intervals of 10 minutes, regardless of the user? or adjust the number of users managed by ESET Protect Cloud? for example in 1000 users will adjust (eg) 15 minutes and so on?

Confirm, interval agent can be configured only in ESET Protect on-premise.

In ESET Protect Cloud there's no option to configuring interval

 

does the fixed interval use the default? (10min) even though ESET Protect Cloud manages thousands of clients? or ESET Protect will do the adjustment itself?

Is there does this also apply to eset protect cloud users up to 1000 users or more? or is there an interval adjustment according to the number of users managed by eset protect?

Thank you for your reply, and by the way does making 300 rules affect the performance of Eset Protect a lot? we have about 300-400 web control rules in ESET Protect console (see picture below)

but when using search an error will appear (see picture below)

but when we open the rule page to the last and using search, the error doesn't appear. Is there anything in the configuration that needs to be tweaked?
And I think this is an error from apache tomcat, is it correct?

1. I have installed eset-bridge on linux (ubuntu20.04) after rebooting there is an error. Problem: ESET Bridge Proxy is non-functional, Problem Detail:  The proxy could not be started, and the functionality is missing. (screenshot attached)
