I've installed ESET Server Security v9.0 and I found logging service - Log consolidation and optimization has started  and Log consolidation and optimization has finished every day at 3 AM.

Can you explain what ESET Server Security did at that time?

Hi kurco,

Previously I changed from eset protect but it still failed and yes it locked by eset protect, I set the flags not apply and it can be changed from terminal.

Hi, i have a problem about login to eset server security console, but when i tried to reset password from terminal, it shown like this

but is it possible install eset sever security on linux that not updated os? or os must be updated before installing eset server security?

I tried install on ubuntu server 20.04 fresh install without updating os (apt update && apt upgrade), dependencies are already installed and its fail

[Agent and Endpoint icon doesn't show on eset protect console]

Hello, I'm doing endpoint deployment and used eset protect 9, but there are some PCs that don't show the icon in eset protect (attchd pict)


last connected column shows now, is there any advice for this? for showing icon agent and endpoint and showing ip addres for each pc

I've disable hips and self-defense on endpoint configuration but when I delete its showing that file is open in another program

Is there a step missing for deleting update file?

Hello, I have an EP running on centos7 and for technical reason, the database move in another (new) machine, I backup and restore the database into that new machine. eraserver, tomcat, and database running well and i can login into EP console but when i checked trace.log it shows this

Error: CDataMinersModule [Thread 7fb0d9889700]: CClientTasksAggregateDataMiner: Failed with: CSqlScanOp::GetNext(): Data types of column status are different (sql-type: 4, table-type: INT64)

Is it error from database? how to fix it?

has anyone experienced something similar? this error indicates whats wrong with the EP?
