  1. A good result for you then NGR. I'm pleased it's finally fixed for you.
  2. I just downloaded version 10.1.235.0 as a pre-release update and have had no problems. Sorry I missed your post as I started a new thread.
  3. I stay on the Pre-Release update and just noted that NOD32 has updated to version 10.1.235.0. I've not had time to note any changes yet but will give it a more thorough looking at tomorrow.
  4. Thanks Marcos. Thunderbird recently started taking up to a minute to connect to my email account, using the setting you posted it now connects immediately.
  5. It updated automatically this time but there's no harm in doing it manually.
  6. As far as I know Phoenix it's now been released to everyone not just pre-release
  7. @Phoenix A new version 10.1.219.0 has been released today which has what you want.
  8. No Marcos, those options are not there.
  9. I've not noticed anything different yet.
  10. NOD32 automatically installed a new build on Pre Release updates today, version 10.1.217.0. I'd been away from the PC for a while but when I returned NOD32 was asking for a restart. Everything running fine so far
  11. The only answer is, it will be released when ESET are satisfied it is working correctly
  12. Thankyou for the clarification Marcos
  13. Hi Marcos, what I mean is that if you have pre-release updates enabled in the update setup you receive pre-release builds and also the regular updates when they become available. There seems to be no way of identifying whether an update is regular or pre-release.
  14. Thanks for the support TomFace. I still feel that ESET should flag up if you are downloading a pre-release version though. As far as I was concerned it was a regular update. I've learned something froim this.
  15. I'm beginning to wish I hadn't started this thread
  16. @Phoenix, have you read that
  17. If you want a "something feels not right" experience you should go on the Windows Insider Fast Ring. You can have plenty of those moments then. Seriously though I think ESET are doing fine apart from not flagging up I was downloading a pre-release update. That should be shown before and when downloading.
  18. Phoenix, I feel that move could be a bit hasty. The pause protection option from the tray icon could well return when the next version of NOD32 is released.
  19. Thanks for pointing that out, I'd forgotten that I have the pre-release update turned on. My apologies for misleading some of you. I have had that update setting turned on for years now and never even think about it, in fact this is the first time I've ever received a full programme update through,it's normally just updated modules.
  20. Yes that is a bit sloppy, going back around 50 years when I was at school I would have been told " A lack of attention to detail"
  21. My NOD32 installation has just automatically updated to version 10.1.210.0 A trouble free install and all appears to be working well
  22. Is there any news on this Peter. I'm currently running this build on Windows 10 1703 build 15063.250 and not experienced any issues with NOD32.
