  4. Hi everyone, Here is a Knowledgebase article on the topic: How do I disable Windows Security Center alerts in ESET Remote Administrator? (6.x)
  5. So everyone knows, SOLN332 (referenced above) has been updated.
  6. Are you running any other antivirus solutions? You can run the AV Removal Tool in SOLN146 to check for/remove other AV solutions.
  7. This might seem like a silly question, but did you download and install the same product you originally purchased? Also, did you complete the items in this checklist? For most U/P-related issues, these steps resolve the issue.
  8. What method are you using for contacting ESET? Have you tried the Support Request Form or Chat?
  9. Hi bossxxl, To resolve this issue: Remove previously installed antivirus software. Remove previous installations of ESET. Attempt the installation again.
  10. If you know the email address you used when you purchased your ESET product, you should be able to retrieve your Username and Password using our Lost License page. Once you have completed this form and received the email from ESET containing your credentials, you can then enter your Username and Password into your product to activate it.
  11. This checklist is typically quite helpful in resolving these kinds of issues: Why can't I see client workstations in the clients tab of the ESET Remote Administrator Console?
  12. Hi manodepo, If I understand you correctly, you want to exclude this file from scanning?
  13. Hey Aps, We recommend starting here: My computer has a virus—what should I do? (Preliminary malware troubleshooting)
  14. Hello Stephen, If you have a valid ESET-issued Username and Password (which would have been emailed to you after you purchased your product, or after activating with your activation key), you can simply re-install ESET Smart Security, select Activate using a Username and Password in the Product Activation window, and then enter this Username/Password combination. Alternatively, you can click Activate Later, finish the installation, and then enter your Username and Password into the product after the fact.
