Strange scan log

I did a full computer scan and at the end of it it says that it found 2 infected objects and it cleaned 3 of them?How is this possible?

i have also noticed similar lines in the logs. i guess, it's because some files might act like zip files.
eg. files that contain other files inside them. thus it found 2 and it cleaned 3.

so it unpacked the files and cleaned as necessary.

 

there is no need to worry as it doesn't leave any malware behind. perhaps a moderator or someone with better knowledge can explain it better
