Security alert

I am running Vista.  I just upgraded ESET NOD21 Antivirus from 8.0.319 to the latest 9.  Now I have a Security alert ... Email protection by protocol filtering is non-functional.  This functionality could not be started and your computer is not protected against some types of threats.  !!!  How can I fix this?

Please run the following commands from the command line console and post the output here:

sc query epfwwfpr

sc qc epfwwfpr
