Akinola 0
In ERAv6 I recently leared on how to deactivate licenses. before this however, I was deleting computers thinking that was the proper way to go. Now I have 4 machines unaccounted for (they have since been re-imaged). How do I get those stray licenses back? We're at 101 but we should be at 96. Administrators Marcos 5,273 Posted November 30, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 30, 2015 You can either deactivate licenses via the ELA portal (https://ela.eset.com) or you can run a server task that will remove and deactivate clients that haven't connected for a specified time. Michelle911 0
I am having the same issue it says 21/22 licenses used but ela only shows 10 computers. I have logged into ela with a security account and with a converted license key and they both show the same 10 computers. How do I find and deactivate the others that do no show up?
