Database cant update

Hi,

I have problem my virus database cant update my database is 28 days old are there more people that have this problem please help

You may also want to try the following: 

 

1. From the home screen of your Android device, go to SettingsApps, and tap Mobile Security & Antivirus.

2. Tap Clear cache.

3. Perform a manual update of the virus signature database to verify that the issue has been resolved.
